Tips & Tricks

* To clean drains, use on cup of household bleach once a month, or as needed.  (Note:  Bleach may tarnish finish of fixtures)

* We r
ecommend using CLR cleanser to assist with calcium build-up in commode pressure assist holes

*  We recommend re-caulking around the tub and the shower every three years, or as needed, to help prevent water damage

*  Water Heater Safety:
 ---Increasing the temperature setting above 120 degrees may cause severe burns and consume excessive
     energy.  Hotter water increases the risk of scald injury.
     --- Children, disabled, and elderly are at the highest risk of being scalded
     --- Feel the water before bathing and showering 
--- Do not store or use gasoline or any other flammable vapors and liquids in the vicinity of the water heater.
